WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/RETURN'S POLICY
We hope that you absolutely love and enjoy your new product(s) from Mybabyflame Store. Making YOU happy is our number one priority. Howerver, if you do not receive your order within the estimated timeframe, if your order is detective (dead on arrival) or materially different from what was presented on the product page, we will refund your money. Please note that Mybabyflame Store must be notified if your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship within 72 hours of receipt of goods to be eligible for full refund or replacement. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING TIME?
Our estimated shipping time for most countries is between 1 to 4 weeks. However, these are only estimates and during peak sessions such as the Christmas period, shipping times may be slightly longer. Please note that this does not include the 1-3 day processing time. We will always provide you with a tracking number with every order.
I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER . HOW DO I DO THIS?
We ship items out very soon after receiving orders usually 1-3 business days. So if you need to change something on your order please email us as soon as possible:
1. Use email firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Subject of email should be written as "changes".
3. Include your order number.
4. State the desired changes.
WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track your order https://mybabyflame.com/apps/trackorder. Please allow 1-3 business days for the tracking number to update once your order has been dispatched.
